Accessing the Site in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service or impose new conditions on use of the Site at any time. By continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes, you accept the Terms of Service as modified.

Credit Repair Services Disclosure Important
Great White offers credit repair services subject to applicable federal and state law, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq. In compliance with CROA, you are advised of the following:
You have the right to cancel any contract with a credit repair organization without penalty or obligation within three (3) business days of signing. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report directly and for free with the credit reporting agencies without using a credit repair organization.
We cannot guarantee the removal of any specific item from your credit report. We cannot promise to improve your credit score by any specific amount. Any credit repair services we provide are performed over the agreed service period and results depend on the accuracy and legitimacy of the disputed items, the responses of credit bureaus, and other factors outside of our control.
A complete written contract describing the services to be performed, the terms of payment, and your rights under CROA will be provided before any credit repair services begin. Work does not commence until that contract is signed.
Refund Policy — All Sales Final
All purchases made through this Site are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to consulting services, credit repair services, funding services, coaching, memberships, VIP upgrades, and any other paid offerings.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, chargebacks, or reversals will be issued under any circumstances. If you have questions about a charge, you must contact us directly before initiating any dispute with your financial institution.
Payment Methods and Authorization Important
Great White accepts payment via Apple Pay, Zelle, electronic invoice, and other methods as communicated at the time of sale. By submitting payment through any method — including Apple Pay, Zelle, or bank transfer — you acknowledge and agree that:
Payment constitutes your acceptance of the applicable service agreement and these Terms of Service. Payments submitted via Apple Pay or Zelle are considered complete and binding upon transfer confirmation. All sales are final. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your financial institution after receiving services constitutes a breach of this agreement and may result in collection action. You authorize Great White to retain all documentation of services rendered, communications, and signed agreements for the purpose of contesting any unauthorized payment disputes.
If you have any question about a charge before paying, contact us directly at the email or phone number provided in your service agreement. Do not dispute the charge through your financial institution without first giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue.
Affiliate and Referral Partner Program Important
Great White offers a partner referral program through which approved participants ("Partners") may earn commission by referring clients who book a consultation through the Partner's unique tracking link and subsequently complete a funded transaction.
Commission structure. Partners earn a commission of two percent (2%) of the funded amount per qualifying deal. Commissions are earned only on transactions that close and fund successfully. No commission is earned on consultations, credit repair services, or any service other than a completed funding transaction attributed to the Partner's link.
Tracking and attribution. Referrals must be submitted through the Partner's assigned tracking link. Referrals submitted through any other channel or without a valid tracking link are not eligible for commission. Great White makes the final determination on whether a referral qualifies for attribution.
Commission payment. Commissions are paid after the funded deal is confirmed and the client's service fee has been collected. Great White reserves the right to withhold or reverse commission payments if a deal is reversed, disputed, charged back, or if the referral is later found to have violated these terms.
Prohibited conduct. Partners may not make earnings claims, guarantee funding outcomes, or represent Great White's services in any misleading way when promoting their referral link. Partners may not refer themselves or persons with whom they have a financial arrangement for the purpose of generating commissions. Great White reserves the right to terminate a Partner's participation and withhold pending commissions for violations of these terms.
Program changes. Great White reserves the right to modify commission rates, program terms, or to discontinue the Partner program at any time with or without notice. Partners will be notified of material changes via the email address on file.
SMS and Text Message Communications Important
By providing your mobile phone number to Great White through any form, survey, booking page, or intake process on this Site, you expressly consent to receive automated and non-automated text message (SMS) communications from Great White, including but not limited to:
Appointment reminders and confirmations. Onboarding instructions and follow-ups. Service updates and status notifications. Promotional and marketing messages related to Great White services.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. To opt out of SMS communications at any time, reply STOP to any message. To request help, reply HELP. Opting out of marketing SMS does not affect transactional or service-related messages required to deliver your service.
